Accounts
Uncap uses phone number-based authentication for account access. You are responsible for maintaining access to your account and for any activity that occurs under it.
You may not create multiple accounts or attempt to access accounts that do not belong to you.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use Uncap only for its intended purpose.
You may not:
Attempt to manipulate or interfere with scoring or competition systems
Exploit bugs or unintended behavior
Harass or abuse other users
Attempt to reverse engineer or extract underlying systems or logic
Competitions and Points
Uncap provides competitive features based on user engagement.
Points, rankings, and competition outcomes are determined by internal systems designed to ensure fair and consistent operation.
Competition results are final. Uncap does not guarantee that all outcomes will be free from error, and users agree not to challenge or dispute results beyond reasonable support requests.
Uncap does not disclose the specific methods used to calculate points.
Health and Activity Disclaimer
Uncap is not a medical or health service. The app does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Participation in physical activity is voluntary and at your own risk. You are responsible for your own health and safety.
Data and Account Termination
You may stop using Uncap or delete your account at any time
Uncap may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that are deemed harmful to the platform.
Account deletion and data handling are governed by the Privacy Policy.
Intellectual Property
Uncap, including its design, features, and underlying systems, is owned by Uncap.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on any part of the app without permission.
Limitation of Liability
Uncap is provided “as is” without guarantees of uninterrupted or error-free operation.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Uncap is not liable for:
Inaccuracies in data or scoring
Competition outcomes
Loss of data
Injuries or damages resulting from use of the app

Stop using the app at any time
Delete your account
